Playstation 4 HDMI Port Repair Service

This service is to replace a broken Sony PS4 Slim & Pro System HDMI port  

IMPORTANT: The port must look physically damaged with pins bent, broken or missing. If motherboard has ripped pads, broken traces or missing components due to improper/failed HDMI port removal/replacement attempts, or if HDMI port looks fine and system boots to white light, but doesn't produce any image on TV when HDMI cable is connected. This repair service doesn't cover any problems other than HDMI port replacement.

Make sure your system boots into a white light, before sending the console in. If it's just continuously pulsating with a blue light and it never changes to white - this problem has nothing to do with HDMI circuitry (even if the port is damaged).

DO NOT ship in an envelope. Always use a box big enough, so that you can wrap the board in a sufficient amount of bubble wrap to help protect it during shipping.

If you have a broken / loose HDMI port, no image on your TV screen, or when plugged in or have to hold the HDMI cable at an angle, there is a chance the port is a fault.

If the damage is beyond repair, the console will be returned to the buyer and the fee will be returned (minus the return shipping charge).
